Grinding media for ball mills

Delta Sp. J. Jankowski Pluciński Zawada is a company with years of experience in the production of grinding balls. The offered grinding media for ball mills are of the highest quality characterised by high density, low breakage, spalling and abrasive wear making comminution process efficient and cost effective.

There are two production lines used in the production of grinding balls: skew rolling line and stamping press line. The feed material is heated in an induction furnace reaching a precise heating temperature that allows to achieve a greater process stability, repeatability, and, eventually, a very high quality of the end product. As we care about quality first and foremost, several balls are taken from each batch to be tested to ensure that our customers receive the quality products each and every time.

To meet expectations and diverse needs of our customers, we offer grinding balls in various sizes and hardness options. The proposed nominal diameter range is between 25 mm and 100 mm.

Delta Sp. J. Jankowski Pluciński Zawada is ISO 9001:2015 certified. A certificate in accordance with 
EN 10204-3.1 is issued for each batch of grinding media. The packing of the grinding balls is carried out in accordance with customer requirements. Our product can be supplied either loose in bulk or packed into big bags or steel drums. Both big bags and steel drums can be delivered on wooden pallets or without pallets.
